Every machine manufactured by InnoLas Semiconductor, GmbH uses the highest quality subcomponents found on the market to date. The assembly and commissioning of every machine is done by highly skilled and experienced employees guaranteeing the highest quality end products.
In addition, we keep a strict eye on the cleanliness of our machines which is demanded by our customers. That’s why all our machines are assembled and commissioned in our own cleanroom ISO6 (ISO 14644-1)
